Wilson Bateman
Author & International Speaker
As President of Global Training Edge, Wilson Bateman has been involved in training and consulting for over twenty years. He has provided services in Canada, United States, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
Wilson has held positions including; Director of Safety and Training for the Nova Scotia Safety Council, Senior Consultant with Electrolab and Regional Manager with Liberty Risk Services.
Wilson is the author of two books 7 Safety Habits That Could Save Your Life and 10 Steps to Safety Excellence.
In 1999 Wilson received an Award of Merit in recognition of outstanding service to the cause of safety and support to the Nova Scotia Safety Council.
Wilson has presented at national and international conferences including Canada Safety Councils, Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA), and the National Safety Conference (NSC).

Chrissy Fahie
Chrissy grew up in , Nova Scotia and attended Dalhousie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology. Her interest in spinal care began there while she researched and then co-published a research study on neck pain in wheelchair users. After graduation, she took a year off to work with two gentlemen with brain injuries, as well as at a fitness program for people with disabilities.
Chrissy then went on to study chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated cum laude in 2006. In addition to her chiropractic studies, she has trained in Active Release Techniques and Activator Methods. She has been providing chiropractic care in Bridgewater since 2007.
Chrissy lives in Nova Scotia and in her spare time she enjoys yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband John and their cats Hali and Jack.
Lisa Hilton
Lisa Hilton is the founder and president of The Hilton Resource Group (HRG), a Leadership and talent development training and consulting firm.
Hilton founded HRG in 1991 to provide organizations with "real world" training solutions. HRG specializes in professional development programs, products, and services, which develop leadership, improve communications, and create a work environment conducive to continuous learning, innovation, excellence, and performance.
Prior to operating HRG, Ms. Hilton served as director of training and development for the University of Houston. She has over 15 years experience in Training, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Her credentials include: a B.A. in Communications from the University of Houston, certification in Accelerated Learning, Adult Learning Theory, Employee Relations Law, Franklin Covey Facilitation, and certification as an Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Hilton has been featured on Houston radio for her contributions in the areas of Life Balance, and Chemical Dependency.
Ms. Hilton is an author in progress in the area of Motivation, Leadership, Communications, and Human Behavior. She is a national speaker and conducts professional development seminars for corporations worldwide.

Lisa lives in Houston Texas, and has lived in Austin Texas and in London England where she practiced the art of Pantomime.

Tim Page-Bottorff
Tim is one of the first HAZWOPER instructors for the Marine Corps when the standard was introduced. He has managed to teach many adults and has also learned to facilitate and mentor several diverse populations. His passion for training and his humble approach makes Tim one of the most approachable consultants.
Tim Page-Bottorff has over 16 years of Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental experience. Tim started Total Safety Compliance in early 2005 and is the Principal of 4 consultants in the West Coast.
While maintaining a family, Tim attended college at Arizona State University (ASU) and University of Phoenix, where he earned a BS in Business Management. In addition, Tim is a thesis away from completing his Masters Of Science in Environmental Management from ASU. He completed Basic Training in San Diego, California at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot and honed in on his environmental management skills at Camp Pendleton, California.
During his enlistment in the Marine Corps, Tim focused mainly on the effects of hazardous waste on the environment and a Marine's health. Tim taught HAZWOPER courses at the Marine Corps base to all levels and was responsible for two Superfund sites. He was able to be mentored as an IH technician and slowly became a stand alone Safety Professional.
After his honorable discharge he later became a Safety Engineer at Motorola in Mesa, Arizona. Tim's responsibilities included contractor safety management, lock out tag out, and emergency response. Tim was a Captain on the Volunteer Fire Brigade, which was responsible for plant wide emergencies including chemical response, insipient stage fires and emergency response egress. This is when Tim realized that he needed to be in front of people teaching about safety.
In 1998 Tim was the Director of a local Arizona health and safety firm to direct it's efforts in business development and lead every consultant in a "Send 'em Home Safe" business direction. In this time frame Tim trained in over 6500 training hours, managed 8 safety consultants and brought in sales worth approximately $1.2 million. Tim specialized in HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry, and Rescue, Safety Inspections, Traffic Control, Lock Out Tag Out and Training Trainers to be Trainers.
Tim has been awarded a Humanitarian Service Medal. He is certified as a California Fire Marshall/CSTI Instructor, Asbestos Inspector/Management Planner. He as also published articles in the Water Environment Federation "WET" magazine, CWEA flowline, AGC of America and Coatings Pro. Tim has served on the Local Arizona Board of the ASSE as a Membership Chair, and Golf Committee Chair. He has also been a past chair of the Southwest Safety Congress.
Tim is also the lead Safety Trainer for JoshuaCasey Corporate Training and is a key consultant for Safestart.
Tim is available for HAZWOPER, Lock Out Tag Out, Traffic Control, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, OSHA 10 or 30 hour general industry, safety inspections and many others.
