- Leadership Skills : This program introduces the manager/supervisor to the basic elements of supervision. Topics covered in the course include leadership, communication, team building, problem solving, and dealing with difficult people.

- Instructional Techniques for Managers/Supervisors : This program is designed to assist the manager/supervisor when providing instruction or training to employees or co-workers in the workplace. We cover lesson plan development, course objectives, evaluation, delivery techniques, and the principles of adult education.
